Working with a colleague from Zambia we have designed and delivered global programs for community leadership by women.

FOR ENDOGENOUS DEVELOPMENT
Since 2010 we have collaborated with the COMPAS Africa Network for Endogenous Development based in Ghana to further work in endogenous development and food justice.
MAKING US ALL ACCOUNTABLE
For over 20 years we have worked with numerous partners in Egypt helping them learn skills to make themselves - and their supporters - more accountable.

People Development Limited (PDLTD) is a Canadian consulting firm
specializing in people-centered, customized program design, process facilitation, lifelong learning and
community, organizational and social change initiatives in countries around the world.
We are a network of co-creators with skills as educators, action researchers, consultants, facilitators,
designers and writers. We work with others to maintain their control and ownership over
processes of learning and change to strengthen their capacity to use
the best of who they are to give their best to the world.
